Save each image you are going to use [right click on it and choose "Save Image (Picture) As..."].  Then add a text onto it in image editor or use CSS and HTML to overlay your text.

These menus are in 3 pieces.  These images are .jpg files and are not transparent.  They have to be used on white background. Line them up any way you like.

We recommend that you copy the images you want to use to your own server instead of linking directly. This has several advantages, your images will not be broken if we rename or remove some files, your page will load faster. Including images from different sites increases the time needed to load a page, because your browser has to contact several servers.
